All Doxa Kairos products are made to order. Orders typically begin production after purchase and are processed in the order they are received.
Production time
Production times may vary depending on product type, demand, and season. Please allow additional time during launches, holidays, or high-volume periods.
Shipping time
Once your order has shipped, delivery time depends on the shipping method selected and the carrier. Shipping estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by factors outside our control.
Tracking
If tracking is available for your order, it will be sent to the email address provided at checkout once the order ships.
Incorrect addresses
Please make sure your shipping information is accurate before placing your order. Doxa Kairos Co. is not responsible for delays, losses, or additional charges caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses submitted at checkout.
Lost or delayed packages
