At Doxa Kairos, we want you to feel confident in what you order and good about what arrives.

Because each item is made to order using direct-to-garment printing and produced specifically for you after purchase, we do not keep pre-printed inventory on hand. For that reason, we are not able to accept returns or offer refunds for size selection issues, preference changes, or general order reconsideration once production has begun.

That said, if something is wrong with your order, we want to make it right.

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, defective, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can review it quickly.

If the issue is confirmed, we will offer an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund depending on the situation.
